Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr., 35, faces two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with an alleged road rage incident on Highway 62 on the Richfield-Minneapolis border. Prosecutors say Morgan was illegally passing traffic on the shoulder in an unmarked rental car when a driver ahead of him moved to block his path. As Morgan passed that car, he allegedly pointed his gun at two people inside the other car. Related stories: ICE agent accused of pointing his gun at another car requests trial move
